Authentidate Holding Corp. Names Joan Rothman Vice President, Marketing

Authentidate Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: ADAT) today announced it has appointed Joan Rothman as Vice President of Marketing, effective immediately.
In the new position, Rothman will be responsible for all corporate marketing initiatives, including the launch and promotion of new products and applications. She will be based out of Authentidate's Berkeley Heights, NJ office and report directly to Suren Pai, Chief Executive Officer.
Previously, Rothman was Vice President of Global Solutions Marketing at IBM where she established the company's first cross-brand solutions marketing group, leading global planning and marketing execution for IBM's top strategic alliances.
Prior to IBM, Rothman was at Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), a leading provider of global business information and tools. At D&B, she held number of senior executive positions, including Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Research and Senior Vice President of U.S. Marketing. Joan was also a key member of the CEO's globalization team and was responsible for marketing initiatives surrounding the launch of many of D&B's new products and services.

Rothman received a BS in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, NJ and an MBA from Baruch College in New York.
