Authentidate software will be bundled with Visioneer business scanners that are targeted towards the financial and legal communities. Authentidate allows users to prove the authenticity of their scanned images and electronic documents, supplying the necessary Paperless Proof™ to protect electronic data and minimize liability. Non-repudiation of electronic data is crucial in promoting e-commerce growth according to the American Bar Association (ABA) PKI Assessment Guidelines.
