Authentidate Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: ADAT) announced today a list of upcoming events which include its quarterly and fiscal year end earnings announcement and conference appearances.

The Company stated that it would release the financial results for the period ending June 30, 2004, on Wednesday, September 8, 2004, after the close of the regular trading session. The Company will also hold a conference call with investors at 4:30 p.m. EDT on that day.

John Botti, Authentidate Holding Corp's Chairman and CEO, is scheduled to make a presentation the following day, September 9, 2004, at the 32nd Annual SG Cowen & Company Fall Technology Conference in Boston. The presentation is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. EDT and will be webcast.

Mr. Botti is also scheduled to present at the Roth Capital Partners New York conference on Monday, September 13, 2004, at 11:30 a.m. EDT. The presentation at the Roth conference will also be webcast.

The Company stated that details on the conference call and webcasts will be announced closer to the events.
