Trac Medical Solutions Signs Agreement with Pacific Pulmonary Services to Implement CareCert Solution

Trac Medical Solutions, Inc. (TracMed), a subsidiary of Authentidate Holding Corp. (Nasdaq:ADAT), announced today that it has signed an agreement with Pacific Pulmonary Services of Novato, California to enable Pacific Pulmonary to electronically complete Certificates of Medical Necessity (CMN's) and Written Orders using the TracMed CareCert(TM) Solution.

Founded in 1978, Pacific Pulmonary Services specializes in home oxygen therapy equipment and services, nebulizers and respiratory medications. Pacific Pulmonary will initially begin its rollout of the CareCert Solution in Southern California.
