Authentidate Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: ADAT) applauded President's Bush's call for electronic medical records today, stating that it "stands ready to lend its expertise in security and tamper proof technology."

Trac Medical Solutions, Inc. is a subsidiary of Authentidate Holding Corp. and develops HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliant software applications to eliminate paper work within the healthcare industry. It has developed an electronic platform whereby physicians can sign electronic health care forms in real time from any desktop. TracMed's CareCert(TM) solution allows the Home Health Care industry to file Certificate's of Medical Necessity (CMN's) and Written Orders electronically which are required before billing Medicare.
