Authentidate International AG Names Former Top Executives From Deutsche Telekom AG and Secunet Security Networks AG to Board of Directors
Dr. Hagen Hultzsch and Willi Mannheims Elected as Non Executive Directors

Authentidate International AG, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Authentidate Holding Corp. (Nasdaq: ADAT), has named former top executives from Deutsche Telekom AG and Secunet Security Networks AG to its Board of Directors.

At Authentidate International AG’s general shareholder meeting, Dr. Hagen Hultzsch, a former member of the executive board of Deutsche Telekom AG, and Mr. W1II1 Mannheims, the former chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Secunet Security Networks AG, one of Germany’s leading security consulting companies, were elected as non executive directors of Authentidate International AG.

In his career, Dr. Hultzsch has been responsible for information technology and telecommunications at several leading companies including Volkswagen, EDS and Deutsche Telekom. Since departing Deutsche Telekom, Dr. Hultzsch provides advisory services for selected companies in Europe and the United States.

During his career, Mr. Mannheims (42), has been responsible for creating new initiatives and divisions at Daimler-Benz (now known as DaimlerChrysler) and CUBIS AG (now known as RWTUEV AG). In 1999, as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Secunet Security Networks AG, one of the leading security consultant companies in Germany, he took the company public on the Neuer Markt (or New Market) a German stock exchange now known as Tec-Dax. After leaving Secunet, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Eracom Technologies AG, where he oversaw the successful reorganization of the company. Currently, Mr. Mannheims serves as the chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GITS AG, one of the leading technology networking concerns in Germany.
