Inscrybe® Office - How It Works

Authentidate’s Inscrybe™ Office service not only enables complete secure and trusted electronic business transactions, it also makes it possible to store, retrieve, and verify authenticated documents quickly and easily. There’s no software to install and no hardware to purchase or maintain, and you can use the service utilizing most web browsers.

Authentidate’s Inscrybe Office service allows you to choose the options that are right for your business, or for a particular transaction:
  • Apply date and time stamping through the United States Postal Service® Electronic Postmark®
  • Confirm signer identities, utilizing a trustable third party
  • Obtain acceptance receipts via email
  • Customize the signing sequence, either by one party or complex multiple-party contracts
  • Add initials as well as full signatures, through easy dragging and dropping icons where signatures are needed
  • Attach supporting documentation
  • Track the progress of documents, as easy as with one click to the “track” tab
  • Retain a complete auditable history of every document

Authentidate’s Inscrybe Office service enables you to work electronically with the same level of integrity as paper-based processes:
The USPS® EPM® time and date seal provides irrefutable proof of content, providing a legally viable option to conduct business in compliance with existing U.S. regulations. The USPS EPM is stored for seven years in the Authentidate data repository and can be used to verify that the content of the original file, form or document has not been altered.

It is simple, fast and very easy to use!
