- Apply date and time stamping through the United States Postal Service® Electronic Postmark®
- Confirm signer identities, utilizing a trustable third party
- Obtain acceptance receipts via email
- Customize the signing sequence, either by one party or complex multiple-party contracts
- Add initials as well as full signatures, through easy dragging and dropping icons where signatures are needed
- Attach supporting documentation
- Track the progress of documents, as easy as with one click to the “track” tab
- Retain a complete auditable history of every document

The USPS® EPM® time and date stamp seal provides irrefutable proof of content, making electronic signatures a legally viable option to conduct business, in compliance with existing regulations. The USPS EPM is stored for seven years in the Authentidate data repository and can be used to verify that the content of the original file, form or document has not been altered.
